Refund Policy
- We issue refunds in cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges.
- Refunds for other issues are at the company's discretion.
- Customers are limited to one refund per product ordered unless the product is defective. Repetitive refund requests may be denied.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- To process a refund, please provide your name and delivery address accurately.
Return Policy
To return a product, you must first contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include this number on the package and send it to our fulfillment center within 30 days of receipt.
- Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Must be in original, undamaged packaging.
- Opened Products: Eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days, provided the product meets your expectations before fully using it.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
